Walmart Automatic Vent saved the DAY!
Vandalism caused me to buy a new vent. I searched high and low and ended up with my favorite place to shop Walmart. NOONE had one but Walmart. I was pleased. It fit fine and is working as it should to my knowledge, opening and closing as it is meant to happen.

Good but could be much better
I recently installed these on my home. I like the concept but quality could be better. The screws are of very poor quality and the mesh is also. I do hope the concept delivers but I would seek alternative means knowing what I know now. I might still purchase these but would exhaust other options first.
