Awesome for Cleaning Large Fish!

When filleting larger catches, it's always a challenge to get a clean cut with a standard knife. I love this one because not only is it longer, but the blade is sharp enough and stiff enough to get a clean cut all the way to the tip. It has enough flexibility to move wherever, and when needed. Also, I noticed that it stayed sharp throughout the entire cleaning process. When cleaning lots of fish, it's great to not have to stop to resharpen. (I usually sharpen my knives before cleaning a mess of fish) but it's a real convenience to not have to stop several times while doing so. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Stays sharp!

I have used many filet knives and must say this one is a winner! It's ergonomic handle, well-weighted and keeps its edge! I've used this on fish and meats and even without sharpening touch-ups, it cuts through like buttah! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Solid performance!

This new titanium plier offers stellar performance, non-slip grip, and sharp cutting. The grip is a bit large for my small hand (girl), but I had no problem using it because of it's incredibly smooth action. It's solid and trustworthy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
