To Make 1/4 Cup Au Jus: Add 1/2 tsp (1.5 g) of mix to 1/4 cup (2 fl. oz.) of boiling water (212 degrees F). Mix well. To Make 1 Cup Au Jus: Add 2 teaspoons (6 g) mix to 1 cup (8 fl. oz.) of boiling water (212 degrees F). Mix well. Use for basting meats while cooking. Pour generously over prime rib, steaks, chops, cutlets, or mashed potatoes. Keep in a cool, dry place.
