Not like the photo online.
The lilac valance I ordered looks nothing like the photo. It is just a plain strip of sheer valance. There are no wing ruffles at all. And, it was not mentioned in the detail description that the “ wings” had to be purchased separately! It also took 10 days to be delivered.
