It's hard for me to pay attention to my water intake, but with a few of these scattered around strategically, i have no issue. There's a ruler-type print on the side that measures in fluid ounces what's in it, so you know exactly how much you drank. Fill her up, add your drink enhancer, or none at all, and shoot for the moon. It's a great buy.

This water bottle is exactly what I wanted: it's sturdy, pours well, easy to drink from, and is relatively easy to hold. You won't be disappointed; in fact, I bought a second one a week later after the first. The only downside is that there's no particular holding (like a had grip) on the surface of the bottle. It doesn't take away from how well it's built, as nothing shakes or makes noise as loose, but it would be nice if it was there. Totally recommend.
