Pearl Milling Company Self-Rising Enriched Bleached Flour, 5lb

Perfect! As always, from this brand—which is important to mention because not all self-rising flour tastes the same after baking! The last brand I bought from held a VERY salty aftertaste that lingered so adamantly, I HAD to replace it! Normally, this brand is a bit more expensive, but it were on sale, this time! I even ordered two of them! The flour was shipped in a rather large box, for housing just two five pound bags of it, but this method definitely worked out well, as both bags arrived in pristine condition and no flour leaked out at all. Why didn't even try that cheaper brand?!? This one is where it's at for self-rising flour!!!!
