12 6-Inch Tortillas: 2 cups tortilla mix; 1-1/3 cups warm water. 24 6-Inch Tortillas: 4 cups tortilla mix; 2-2/3 cups warm water. 36 6-Inch Tortillas: 6 cups tortilla mix; 4 cups warm water. Heat ungreased skillet over high heat or griddle from 475 degrees to 500 degrees F. Combine masa and warm water, knead to blend well and form a ball. If necessary, add a little more water. Wet hands and shape dough into balls to form number of desired tortillas. The balls should have a diameter of 1-1/2 inches. Cover masa to prevent from drying. Roll out or press each ball between 2 sheets of wax paper to form a 6-inch circle. Carefully peel off wax paper. Cook on ungreased skillet for 30 seconds or until lightly browned and edges begin to dry. Turn tortilla and continue cooking for 1 minute; tortillas may puff up slightly. Turn tortilla again and continue cooking for 30 to 45 seconds or until desired doneness. To keep tortillas warm, remove tortillas from skillet and store them in a tightly covered container and wrap them tightly with clean kitchen towel.

I am so happy that Walmart had what I was looking for. The best part was that I did not have to wait long for it. It was quick! Great service! However, I did not like that the shipment was not placed by the entrance door. It was placed on the ledge of the bottom steps. Anyone could have stolen it.

The best Masa flour on the market hands down! We have tried all other brands and Quakers' Masa has no equal! We have cooked with this flour for decades and even used at our restaurant! We are sad our local Walmart store has substituted this flour with an inferior brand but are very grateful that it is still available online! Please keep this item stocked as it has gotten increasing difficult to find!
