Gold Medal Wondra Quick Mixing All Purpose Flour, 13.5 oz

Where this stuff was my whole life, I have no idea, but this is actually a very old product. It is perhaps a bit expensive if you compare it to the price of a bag of flour. But this is not regular flour, but flour that has been cooked, baked or whatever, such that it cannot clump making gravy for instance. Just dump it in and don't worry about any clumps because there won't be any. Try this product just once and you will always keep a container in your pantry. Any time you need gravy, or just to thicken a soup or other dish, this stuff will not let you down. And WalMart has it single or in a three pack and can ship it to your door. I am satisfied with the product and with WalMart.

This is a time-tested product ideal for flouring meat before adding to the skillet and for making gravy. Although this product has been around for decades, I had some difficulty locating it. Not easily available so better stock up at Walmart because it should be a staple in every kitchen. Also handy for dusting the baking pan before adding the batter.
