I love this magnesium! I've tried other magnesium supplements for sleep and relaxation purposes, and this is my new favorite. It has a very unique (but yummy) flavor and the actual mg of magnesium is more per serving than the other brand I had used before this product. Works quickly and doesn't upset my stomach. I absolutely recommend this! I've taken it for almost a week now, just before bed. I sleep like a baby and wake up feeling pretty darn good. The lemon lime flavor is super delish (might be too tart for some of you out there) and it is so easy to drink. The first couple of nights I woke up drenched in sweat but I'm guessing that was my initiation because now I don't have the night sweats and I sleep great! The important take away for me was it has to be the COMPLEX for the most benefits.
