I have been taking this magnesium for some time now. I take it at night before bed. It aides in my sleep quality. I also have fibermyalgia and it really aides in my muscle spasms. If I forget to take them for a couple of days, my sleep isn't as deep or long, and I get muscle spasms. I highly recommend.

I take a lot of magnesium. this supplies citrate, glycinate and oxide all in one pill and you only have to take one. simply do the math. spring valley and other brands are only 100 mg so you would have to take five of them to equal one of these and you get like 6 months worth for a super cheap price. money is tight these days and this is an outstanding magnesium source and once again most critical of all it gives you all three types in only one pill. do the math and it's beyond a great deal. definitely will be buying it again but won't need to for a long time because they give you such a great value. great job Walmart
