Action

I have found that fish that usually require live or cut bait (red snapper, etc) will eat these worms. I think it is the soft feel plus the action. The only problem is that bait fish (pinfish etc) attack these worms and will in time tear them off the hook. Still a great alternative to live bait

Really Great!

Worked great on flounder/fluke here in the north east. Most of my fish were caught with one of these on a teaser hook. The action on these is better than the gulp shrimp.

Deadly Drop Shot Bait

New Penny Flats Worm are absolutely deadly dropshot baits in the salt for fluke/flounder....when you get a straight one. I don't know why Berkley don't package the Flats Worm in the trays like all their other baits, and they don't offer it in an Alive! version either. The result is you get roughly 60% useable, straight baits out of a pack. But when you get a straight one, they flat out catch fish!
