Shipping and delivery was so quick! Came in 1 week earlier than expected. The packaging was excellent. Everything was well protected and easy to open/remove. Assembly was so easy to follow. The direction sheet is well designed and I appreciate the larger font and pictures. It made it easy to glance over and see the steps and read the details without having to stop and pick up the page to hold directly in front of your face. I was especially appreciative of the labelling of all the parts and hardware. That is a very thoughtful and customer focused step to take. That is no always the “norm” when assembling furniture and it made a huge difference in putting it together. I also appreciated the tools that were provided and the extra hardware – just in case! I put the desk together myself and did not find it stressful or frustrating at all. That alone is fantastic! The quality of the desk if awesome. I was quite surprised how sturdy and strong it is and really impressed with the quality of the material for the desk top. Considering the price point…this is one heck of a deal.
