- EASY TO APPLY AND REMOVE: Soft and hypoallergenic silicone adhesive acts as a wound contact layer that does not stick to the wound bed but to intact skin thus prevents secondary damage and minimizes pain during dressing removal and change
- SEMI-PERMEABLE: Semipermeable PU film acts a liquid barrier while allows the passage of oxygen and water vapor. The multilayer structure works together to create a high absorbent yet breathable surface keeping the wound moist and sterile.

Silver Silicone Foam Dressing
I have a wound on my shin and having a hard time with it healing. I had to go to the Wound Care Clinic. They started using one of these types of foam dressings. My wound improved 50% probably because of the silver. I purchased this brand from Wal Mart. It works just as good as the one from the wound clinic. It costs less too by a lot.
