Use with glitter primer

Ice Queen is a very pale gold with gold microglitter. By itself, it is pretty dry and has weak color payoff. Over primer, it is a little better, and would be a decent highlight color. It is best over glitter "glue" primer. The color payoff is much better, and the microglitter shows up. It is a pretty shade. It wears well with the primer and does not irritate my sensitive eyes. The glitter from the packaging does shed a little onto your hands.
