Best Egg Noodles but Not Lower-Carb Yet

We love Mueller's Egg Noodles, they are so easy to prepare and use in soups, goulashes, and stove top dishes. But as diets tend to change, we would very much like to see a lower-carb keto version from Mueller's, say in the 16-gram carbohydrate range. Currently we are using Carbe Diem for our pasta needs since it is the closest to regular high-carb non-keto pasta - it just takes a bit longer for al dente.

Muellers. Grew up on them. 60 years ago. Tuna noodle casserole. Ham and noodles. Just noodles. Many more recipes. Began cooking about 4-5 years old. All of us did. Thank you for the memories. Don't forget macaroni. Five years old, made from scratch.
