Cliff Jumper IPA is a citrusy, hop-forward India Pale Ale. It has a simple grain base under an aromatic hop nose. We brew it using a technique called "hop-Bursting" - using a low amount of bittering hops and high amounts of late-addition hops and dry-hopping. This achieves a hoppy, bitter first impression with a malty finish, making for an easy drinking beer with a great hop bouquet. Country Boy Brewing is an independently owned brewery since 2012 based out of central Kentucky. We pride ourselves on crafting beers and ciders using high quality, real ingredients.
