Not a waterline eyeliner.

For a gel liner, I was expecting a waterline eyeliner. But this is not what happened. This was messy while applying on eyes, and did not stick to the waterline at all.

Terrible makeup - the tip broke off. There is no way to roll up anymore of the eyeliner to use. It's stuck in bottom of case. Can't sharpen it either.
