I wish this thing came with a video you could follow. It was not that easy to set up for the price. I guess you get what you get. It is an excellent total body workout . The other ellipticals were much higher priced and so were their workout mats even on their black Friday sales I checked Target and Amazon with the exact same features . The material is lighter weight than expected and I can't really describe it except to say that it seems cheap, more like a foam material vs. rubber. It's not like other equipment mats that I've purchased previously. Also maybe I misread the description but it ended up being way too long and I had to cut it down.
