Great morning and midday drink

Drink this every morning. Haven't been able to take my vitamins and minerals for the past 2 months. So I started drinking this for the last of my vitamin intake. I whip it in the blender and sometimes add couple slices of banana. YUMMO. I only wish they could lower the carbs. Is very filling also with just the right about of protein .If they could do that I'd drink it twice a day .

Good breakfast drinks for morning or night

This is a great and easy to make as a skipped meal replacement. Or great as an after workout replenishment. High protein and not sure if it is Atkins approved or if they even have caramel, mocha available. Strawberry, vanilla and chocolate are the flavors that we have tried and they are very tasty. Shelf life is also a good quality. Only recommend that you mix it good or stir it a lot. Packs are very much like protein powder to dissolve everything well enough before drinking.
