This is the first time I've bought vitamins from Walmart, and I was very pleased with the prices, as usual! Actually, I've turned 65, and my doctor suggested I start taking them. Are they effective? Well, I guess we will have to wait and see! Normally, I don't take vitamins because doctors don't agree on the effectiveness of vitamins. But, right now, I can afford them, so I'm going to give it a try. My health has been good to me so far. I guess this is a little insurance! The only thing that I don't understand is that no matter where you buy this product, it's always in this gelcap form, and in Southern Louisiana, during the summer, with the high heat and humidity, these gelcaps stick together. I never understood why they don't make a tablet form.

Helps my bones, helps my immunity; D3 helps me tan outdoors when I swim. I take it daily. Have for years now. Nothing helps my bones stay stronger as I exercise than D3.
