I would not buy this product again.

I have never had more difficult directions to follow in my life. So many times I had to go back and re do something. I am also missing a part. Model number vd qb 0001291- us . I am missing part e, iron shelf support. Could you please send me one.

Junk!

Hayneedle customer service is top notch! They went out of their way to make things better. The maker of this bed however is selling cheap pressed board and thin veneer. Cracks, chips, and scratches are just 1 part, removing the part stickers removes the finish no matter how hard you try to be careful. If I wasn't using it as a wrap around for my adjustable frame it would have been sent back.
