I bought for my sons fractured ankle. He is with a medium boot and the medium reusable shoe cover didnt fit lol. I didnt want my house carpet to get dirty because he walks outside with his boot all day. I should of got a large to fit over the boot. Its ok because they do fit over his shoes: regular mens size U.S.A. 7 and thats AWESOME. So when the boot comes off the shoe cover will come in handy. Its not tight around the ankle for rain, but they are good if I have my son use them indoors over his shoes. You know kids dont want to take their hightops off when they forget something in the house when we are leaving the house or winter is coming and the same goes for me when I have my boots on and forget something in the house: womens size 8. They are not super thin or super thick. Thank you
