I noticed my 4 year old's strength in his right arm was weaker than his left. This weight is very helpful. I put him on long sleeves and put it on his upper arm for 30 minutes a day. The fact that the weights can be adjusted in increments is such a plus. I've noticed that his strength has improved. This is definitely worth the purchase.
