This is a remarkable little computer. I just received mine and am loving it. I got all the updates for Windows 11 installed very quickly. It's super fast with the SSD. Some people complained about it not turning on at first. For some reason you have to hold the power button down for just a little bit. Also my battery was at 3% on the first boot. I recommend that you plug it in before beginning and do hold the power button for a second. You can't expect much from the tiny speakers so connect an external bluetooth speaker to it. You'll love the factory desktop pic too :o) I can't believe the quality of this PC for such a low price. I remember my first Gateway with a Pentium 4 3 GHz processor, 512MB or RAM and an 80G hard drive was $1000!

sold by the TECH DEPOT, it came in its original box, brand new, like every other electronic I charged it before operating it. it took a little while for power to kick in and begin charging, the charging wire is factory defective im thinking, not the sellers fault this could happen at any store, has happened when i have purchased items at ather places, to me it's no big deal I'll just find a replacement, but the main item, the laptop works great, windows 11, great sound, perfect for what i wanted it, which is for home use. i could have returned im sure and probably get a refund, but like i said no big deal for me.
