Ripped off

I bought these when they had a special price on them... Then the company must have realized they had undercharged for the items... so they refunded me my money and LIED saying that I had said they did not arrive... Pathetic.. Now they Quadrupled the Price from 12 bucks a box to over 40 a box.. Cheapees.. is not cheap.. they are a Rip off.
