Instructions
• Size: Prior to application, align nails with tab sides facing your cuticles and find correct size for each nail (jot down the # found on the tab on each nail–1 is largest, 11 is smallest–for future use.) When you are in between sizes go smaller, not larger. • Prep: Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Use included cuticle stick to push back any excess skin. Wipe nails with the enclosed prep pad (the most important step), to clean nails for better adhesion. (You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad.) • Apply: Peel backing from nail then press it down on your natural nail, in the center and at both sides at the same time. Hold for 30 seconds. (Press on thumbnails last.) • If there is exposed adhesive, brush clear nail polish between your nail and the imPRESS and press down. • Wait at least an hour to wet hands or file nails if desired..

Great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in a pool every day and my own nails would keep peeling. My daughter told me about these nails and to try them. They are fine they are rote ting my own nails(they are actually growing) I leave them on for 2 weeks at a time take them off for 5 days and rotate again. I take them off to make sure underneath is clean and check on own nails. I have been doing since Christmas and I am pleased. Thank you!

They Look Good
I got the Coffin nails and, of course, they were a little too long. I had to cut them down. They are looking good and staying on well. I would suggest, you offer medium rounded tip nails. The shorter flat ones that are the most common are too short.
