Quality was awful. They stayed on for maybe 18 hours. Return seems to have gone smooth.

I think these were fake and not normal Kiss brand of nails. I have used Kiss nails for several years and this is the first time the glue didn’t stick. The nails broke easily and started popping off the same night they were put on. Normally I can get 5-7 days out of a set.

Could have been packaged better, came smashed. Seems like they are old or got hot, they do not stick like they should,

Could have maybe bubble wrapped or something box was smashed luckily nails were still okay it was a gift so giving someone a smashed box is kinda embarrassing.

The package arrived on time and in good condition.

I bought these nails for me but they are alittle narrower than my nails so my mother got them. She loved them She followed the directions and they lasted 2weeks maybe longer and I told her she may need to take them off but they still Looked very good after 2 weeks!!

I think they were stored where it was too hot. When I received the nails the sticky part was in clumps stuck to several nails. Wasn’t hot enough to have happened in transit to me so I’m guessing wherever they came from wasn’t stored right.
