Instructions
• Size: Prior to application, align false toenails with clear tab sides facing your cuticles (and breakaway tabs facing away, if applicable). Find correct size for each toenail (jot down the # found on the tab on each toenail. When you are in between sizes go smaller, not larger. • Prep: Wash toes with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Use included cuticle stick to push back any excess skin. Wipe toenails with the enclosed prep pad (the most important step) for better adhesion. (You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad.) • Apply: Peel backing from toenail, then press the nail down on your natural toenail, in the center and at both sides at the same time. Hold for 30 seconds. Gently bend the breakaway tab back and forth to break it off. • If there is exposed adhesive, brush clear nail polish between your toenail and the imPRESS and press down. • Wait at least an hour to wet toes or file if desired."

So great!
My toenails are soft and don't grow very fast so they are pretty short. I'm so glad I tried these. You just pick the size for each toe, peel off the film and press on. The ones I have on now have been on for over 2 weeks. I even swim with them on. Plus they are easy to remove and don't damage your nails like acrylic nails. They look really good and I will keep using them all during sandal weather.

I very happy with my purchase of press on toe nails. So easy to get a great pedicure that lasts as long as I want them to last. I have an old injury on one of my big toes having been stepped on in an airport. It takes a long time for the toe to be back to normal. But, with these press ons no one knows or could tell I was covering it up. They look great and very easy to do!
