I didn't think this would work, but I bought it anyway. IT WORKS! I'm a hot person. I'm always hot. I have some medical conditions that don't lend well to using weighted blankets, so I had to chose a kid sized, but I'm 5ft, so it worked for me! It feels cool when you put it on, then it distributes the heat. After a while it doesn't FEEL cool, but it releases the heat so you are not hot. However, if you take it off for a few minutes and then put it back on, it's cool again. It's pretty cool! LOL. I love it!

Took a long time to get here but totally worth wait. I highly recommend this to people who are restless at night and wanna have a better sleep. It's has a nice feel and is very well made. It's has helped my sleep tremendously as it has helped my restlessness I have in my sleep. It doesn't overheat you but also doesn't leave you freezing. I also found it perfect for my anxiety. when I'm stress i wrap it around me and it calms me down. Can't recommend this enough
