The Moody Blues were one of the inventors of the psychedelic/progressive rock bands founded in 1964 in Birmingham, England. Opening with their landmark "Nights In White Satin" to the early Decca years featuring original lead vocalist and future Paul McCartney sideman Denny Laine on the classic "Go Now" and "Boulevard de la Madelaine."
