Not too bad

Took about 3 hours to assemble by myself. Instructions are clear. Some parts weren't labeled and one was labeled with the wrong number, but it's pretty easy to figure out. This will come in two shipments. The 2nd one won't have tracking. Showed up a day after. You might as well get a head start with the first as it should be the stand. The 2nd is the fireplace and that is the last step in assembly.
