Mugs Don't Hold 14oz
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered 2 sets of the Pierce Gray dish set and haven't taken all dishes out of the box yet. I just took a mug out to look at it as the reason I decided on this set was the mugs are supposed to hold 14oz and I was looking for a deeper mug. I put water in one all the way to the top and it only held just over 12oz which is not only a disappointment but also a false description. I have contacted customer service and they are supposed to be getting back to me. Otherwise just from seeing the mug alone I'm sure the rest of the set is just as beautiful. I'm very familiar with the quality of Pfaltzgraff dishes but again I was really hoping for deeper mugs and that's why I didn't give this set the 5 stars.
