I've made a batch of peach jam and it turned out perfectly. The pectin really jelled up the jam. Amazing price for a large bag. So much more economical than buying other brands in the small boxes. Make jam in the summer months and give away to friends and family at Christmas.

I've never used pectin before but I was able to find easy recipes to use with it. I made gummies for my kids with it and it worked out very well. The bag is very big and will last quite sometime. You don't use much. The seal on the bag closed very well. There's also a nice jam recipe on the bag I'm going to try next. Recommend for any pectin recipes. Price was great for the size of the bag.
