Great chair for us short people. I'm 5 feet tall and didn't want to spend $300 on a custom chair. The seat is a great length for my short thighs (stops before my knees, so no knee stress like the executive chairs cause) and the back is a good height for my stature. At the lowest height setting my feet are only about 1" off the ground, which is another hard find for us shortys. It's a beautiful, retro looking chair. It seems ver sturdy, base is heavy, good stiching and well padded. No tools or screws needed to put it together, took like 5 mins to take out of box and put together. I expect it to last a while. I'm very happy with my purchase.
