The shallower depth and flat back allow for easy installation and placement of the downspout while the safety rib in the top of the barrel keeps it child and pet safe. Spigots on the side of the barrel allow you to connect multiple rain catcher barrels in series for easy expansion of your rainwater storage capacity. The corrosion-proof debris screen keeps out debris to keep the water clear. Place them around your home to catch fresh chlorine-free water as it pours from your downspouts - water that would otherwise make its way into storm sewers only to be wasted. I Love FCMP Outdoors!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The FCMP Outdoors 45 Gallon Wood Grain Rain Water Catcher Barrel Container is hands down the very best! The quality is superb! The packaging is totally on point and it's a piece of cake to use! I really like how this rain barrel looks and that it matches my outdoor decor perfectly! It catches water wonderfully and makes watering my garden a breeze! I love how the screen allows the water to easily flow into the barrel and yet keeps out leaves and excess debris too! Overall I give this product two great big thumbs way up and would definitely recommend it!

Great for Gardeners
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This summer I decided I wanted a garden. I got some pumpkin seeds from the store and picked up a couple plants at the farmer's market. I was shocked that they actual survived and grew veggies! I started laying buckets around the yard and a kiddie pool to collect rain water. I liked the idea of collecting rain water but it was so tedious. This rain bucket is the answer to my problem! I can collect so much more water this way and there is hose connector so I can choose to fill buckets up or attach a hose and use it to water my gardens. The dark brown color matched my house (gutters and accents are dark brown) so the rain bucket is an aesthetic match. Only little issue would be the knobs that can be used for connecting two barrels together or for overflow is sealed shut so you would need to drill a hole open if you wanted to connect another barrel or add the included hose for overflow. Overall, I am super happy with this new addition to my garden.

Excellent rain barrel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this FCMP outdoor water barrel a couple weeks ago . I really love this so much I am one that likes to have extra rainwater on the side for watering plants and just extra water for when I need it. And this is absolutely wonderful 45 gallons and a hose comes with it to use . Can't say enough about this rain barrel. I definitely recommend it to anyone who likes extra water without chlorine. The best ever you won't be sorry you've got one.
