Trampoline
The only negative I have is that the poles that connect the net are not very well designed. They do not hold together and the net keeps falling down because the poles will not stay locked together. Other than that I like the product and my daughter loves it!

Good and sturdy product. The only thing that set the star to a level of 3 is that trampoline rack is 9x15 not the bouncing area. Other then that my boys enjoy it very much.

Not a good Value, disappointed.
In 2018 we purchased the Upper Bounce Easy Assemble 8x14 rectangular trampoline with Fiber Flex enclosure from Walmart. Upon installation we noticed that cover pads did not fit correctly and stretched so far as to create tears in the material. One of the enclosure clips came broken. We contacted the manufacture and they were helpful and sent out replacement parts. We were very happy about this and enjoyed the trampoline for about 2 years, but then the springs started to rip off, not where we could just replace the spring but the part where is it sewn on to the jumping matt. My mom sewn about 4 of the spring connectors back on and we attempted to use the trampoline again. but more of the spring attachments started popping off until almost half of them have come off, making the trampoline unsafe to use. This is a $700 item, it should last more that 2 years! I contacted the manufacture again and.. they do promptly respond.. this is very nice, this time they said the jumping mats were warrantied for a year, since we are after that time period I can purchase a replacement mat and they will give me 15% off! The price is $99! So they are basically saying that their product is not made to last over a year! that really stinks! $700 is a lot of money for me! I had to save up for years to only get to use the item for 2 years! Disappointed.
