So. Good.

Comes together quickly and easily, and is pretty flaky even when made with vegan “butter” and soured nondairy milk. (So far cashew was the best, but once I only had rice milk on hand and that was fine too.) And I don’t even cut these — I basically plop mounds into a cast-iron biscuit pan, pat them down to fill the cavities and voila. Lovely and yummy!

Great gluten free product

This may be the best gluten free bread mix I have tried. It has good texture, taste and multiple uses. I have used it to make biscuits, cobbler topping, and pot pie topping and it has worked very nicely in all of these applications. I made it with coconut oil. egg, and almond milk. I have full confidence it is truly "gluten free" which I cannot say about all GF mixes I have tried.

Good price, taste, & texture

Using the wheat flour recipes for peanut butter cookies and pecan sandies, I substituted this flour. The resulting gluten free cookies had great taste and texture. My friends, who need to eat gluten free foods, enjoyed the treats.
