Great clams!

My wife has food intolerances, and finding foods without chemicals and preservatives is often difficult. These clams are great! Good source for vitamin B-12. Unlike many other canned clam products, the Bar Harbor brand does not put sulfites or phosphates in their clams. And as an added bonus, the dog and cat LOVE the leftover clam water.

Nice addition to my red clam sauce

Red clam sauce is delicious and healthier than spaghetti sauce, and being from the east coast I love seafood. To augment the sparse clams in the red clam sauce, I ordered a few cans of these. Tasty. Now I have red clam sauce with abundant clams, the way I like it. Really helped stiffen up and add substance to my sauce.
