not enough slats
The bed is great except for the amount of slats. There are only 4 slats which were given for this california king bed, there is no way these slats can support the weight of the mattress as well as the person, come on stop being so stingy and add more slats! Ive had to ring customer support to purchase more slats still waiting on update.
