I've always had a problem with my sleeping however enhanced sleep without melatonin helps. I specifically take the enhanced without melatonin because I take a melatonin from Life Extension that is 3 mg time released melatonin. I find I sleep better with the combination of both makes my sleep much better & I sleep through the night.
