I have never ordered a mattress online and was really hesitant to order one before testing and getting a feel. But sinceI didn't have any choice, I went ahead and bought it after comparing various sellers and reading the reviews hoping for the best. However after unpacking the product and using it, I can assure you that the product is a gem and true as advertised. Even though its not very firm to my personal preferences but that was something I knew before buying. The build quality is absolutely great and its a good value for money.

Great bed I was hoping more plush, but its close. Ive had the bed for 2 months and realized the mattress isn't 12". I'm at 10.8"...the springs r 7" n top pad is only 4" tops so maybe thats why its not as plush. I'm thinking wrapped too long n temps have effected it.
