The hardest part about this mattress was opening the box that the mattress came in. It was glued so good I had to keep prying it open. I actually leave the box on top of the bedframe and rolled it out of the box onto the bedframe. As the mattress is very heavy, but I did it all by myself. Once you start cutting the plastic, the mattress does start to form. The pictures you say we're literally 10 minutes after opening it. I slept on it that night. Probably about 10 hours later it's been super comfortable. I like a firm mattress and it's just perfect.

The mattress arrived on time, box undamaged. Mattress was easy to remove from vacuum sealed bag and expanded to full size right away (received in afternoon) was able to sleep on it that night. This mattress has a little give but not soft. Firm but comfortable and it really is a cooling mattress. no uncomfortable warm spots, no sagging. I love the square corners and straight edges, makes the bed look so neat and crisp, Would recommend this mattress to all.
