NZXT junk breaks and they hate their customers

It looks really cool! That's what drew me to this cooler, but I've now had 2 of these "die" on me. The screens just won't turn on - normally after a power outage or something like that, or when my Roomba bumped the cord, then the next time it starts, the screen doesn't come on. Now, the first time I was able to work with the company and they charged me for a new one, sent one to me, and then I returned the broken one. Less than 6 months later, this one is doing it again! But this time they want to screw me even harder, so they're not allowing me to pay for the replacement and refund me. They want do to a straight swap. This company is atrocious - this is the first and LAST NZXT product I'll ever buy again. Other companies have caught up to NZXT and obviously their quality really sucks. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!
