This product, as a liner to the disposable underwear, has been a big difference in making it through the night without soiling the bed. I like that it does not have a vapor barrier on the bottom, so overflow to the disposable underwear is not "impeeded." (Without a vapor barrier I would not try wearing this with regular underwear.) Often just the liner needs changing, which is more convenient to change out (and less expensive) than the underwear. I buy the 200 count.
