The installation is very easy and there is no drilling involved. Installation time took about 45bmijutes to complete. It got a workout with the rain and my truck bed was dry as a bone. It's sleek and looks great and I like it has the tension adjusters on it so your cover isn't flapping. A great cover for a good price. Couldn't be pleased more with this choice
