I noticed my milk supply going down so I tried these and within a week it went from 2 oz to 5 oz per boob, I used to pump for almost an hour and get about 2 1/2 oz now sometimes I can get 5 oz from one boob in less than 15 mins! The taste is good and the texture is like a fruit snack it says take 3 a day I take them all at once along with my prenatal in the morning after I eat and I'm very satisfied it's my new go to my baby is two months and I've been taking them for about a month I love them I just ordered a second bottle today!
