Best kitchen gadget ever! I will enjoy this year-round. So far, I've done jalapeno cheddar sausage and smashburger slider. I'm anxious to try chicken and salmon on this beauty. I was lucky to have a cutting board that was the exact same size to protect my countertop.

We have used this grill at least 20 times now, maybe more. Works great for bacon, burgers, chops, steaks. Had to purchase the flat-griddle directly from the company. Easy to order and delivery of griddle was great. We use the griddle for skin-on salmon, and for pancakes. This grill was worth the purchase and so glad I did! Easy to clean all parts. No grease splatters to worry about. Fan takes care of that job. Remember to occasionally clean the metal filter with warm water and soap. We would definately recommend to anyone, YES! Buy this indoor grill. It's worth having!

Even though it says dishwasher safe I would recommend handwashing it. I put the tray in the dishwasher and it left a film on it. I had to hand wash it a few times. Easy to use and cooking is a breeze.
