Great Alternative to Bottled Water

When they raised the price of refilling water jugs in my area, I decided to change to an under-sink filter system. This one topped the CR ratings, so I gave it a try. The plumbing T-fitting that came with the unit did not work for my plumbing, so I had to get my own (readily available at HD). Once I had that, installation was pretty easy. I am very satisfied with the system. We have been using it for about two months now and everyone in the house likes the taste of the water.

After having looked through Consumer Reports' comprehensive review of all types of water filters, and the ratings on different brands, this was an easy pick. Haven't tried it yet as it's waiting to be installed, but, hey, I wanted the $5 code!! And how can CR be wrong: it's science at work! Oh I rated the installation '5' - I'm paying someone else to put it in! :-D
