Q. It is leaking, now what should I do?

A1. Please kindly check and confirm  if there is the O-ring in the filter cup

A2. Please kindly check and confirm whether there are scratches on the surface of the tube.

Q. The water doesn't taste so good.

A1. Please kindly note that the system has been designed for indoor use only. You will be suggested to install the system out of direct sunlight on a flat, level, dry, and secure surface in ambient room temperature;

A2. Please kindly  the water outlet and water tank regularly. BTW, please allocate 1L of water to flush the Water Filtration System for the first time to use.

A. Please disconnected and tightened the RO cassette cap tighter.
