We bought a sofa that almost immediately started showing signs of wear on the arms. I tried sewing arm sleeves but they kept falling off. We used soft covers that looked tacky and again, the arm sleeves kept falling off. These were so inexpensive I decided even if they didn't work I wouldn't be out much money. To our surprise they were perfect. They stay on, look good, and have already protected the arms from my dogs.
